The guide behind Copilot Your Day.
I'm Pascal Brunner-Nikolla. Head of Modern Work Switzerland at Campana & Schott, Microsoft MVP for M365 Copilot & Agents — and the person behind this newsletter. My job, in one sentence: guiding organizations from Copilot access to Frontier Firm — with a program, not a tool rollout.
Learned as a captain. Applied to AI transformation.

Before consulting, there was ice hockey. Swiss junior national team, and on the ice I wore the C — team captain. That role teaches you three things no framework can: you read the game before it happens, you know the play before the puck drops, and you only win as a team. I lost that last illusion early: nobody wins alone. Not on the ice, not in AI transformation. That's why I don't sell heroics. I lead routes. The captain doesn't score every goal — he makes sure the team knows the play.
Watch instead of read: who I am, in motion.

Before this site had a route, it had a claim: Connecting the Dots. The three dots in the logo are that origin. What began as connecting seemingly unrelated points has become something more specific over the years. Connecting them into a route.
The foundation underneath is physical. Training is part of my daily routine. Not for the brand, for the head. Sustainable output needs a body and a mind that keep up. I learned that on the ice, and it never stopped being true.
And one thing that matters to me beyond any framework: diversity in tech. As part of the Marvellous 7 of Women in Tech Switzerland and active with Women and Friends in Tech by IAMCP, I work for a Microsoft partner landscape where skills count, not gender. More diverse teams are better teams. I've seen it too often to treat it as a slogan.
Where the substance comes from.
I lead the Modern Work practice of Campana & Schott in Switzerland. That means: Copilot and agent programs in real organizations, with real users, real politics, and real budget reviews. Campana & Schott has delivered more than 400 Copilot and agent implementations and was named Swiss Microsoft Copilot + Agents Partner of the Year 2025. Those are the projects my content is built on — and the reason this newsletter doesn't do feature tourism. Everything I write has survived contact with an actual rollout.
The plays I work with.
Over 120+ episodes, a set of frameworks has emerged that I use in projects and explain in the guides:
- Impact Chain — measuring Copilot impact where it belongs: in outcomes, not saved minutes.
- Agent Factory — scaling agents by design instead of by accident.
- Skills vs. Agents — the decision that determines your future governance debt.
Each one has its own guide. That's what the guides section is for.
